Hallo! My name is Correy Rossi. A little bit about myself, I am 27 years old. I was born in the United States. I have been in a wheelchair my entire life. I believe I got my first wheelchair when I was 4 or 5. I like to travel around. Visit my family.

Currently I play Professionally in the 1. Bundesliga for the Doneck Dolphins in Trier Germany. It was my dream as a kid to play professionally. I am blessed to have achieved this goal and be able to do it in such a beautiful country.

As wheelchair users, it is important for us to maintain some physical strength and keep our body healthy and active. I know everyone has a different situation, every disability is unique, but for example our shoulders.

We use on our shoulders for almost everything. From pushing, to lifting, to transferring ourselves. We use our shoulders daily so we should take care of them.

I want to help our community stay active. Giving you exercises, stretching routines, and workouts that you can do at a gym or in your home, to increase your physically activity and keep you healthy.

I want to introduce you to the sport of wheelchair basketball. From how the game is played, help you with your fundamentals, and giving you tips and tricks to make you a better player.
